Aldo Pavan Obituary

Aldo Pavan
1935 - 2025
Aldo Pavan, 90, of Englewood, Florida (formerly of Manchester, Connecticut), passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025. He was the son of the late Joseph and Sandrina Pavan.
Born in the Bronx and raised in Manchester, Aldo spent most of his life in Connecticut before retiring to Florida. A master electrician and the proud owner of Aldo's Electric, he was known for his unwavering work ethic, integrity, and exceptional skill. Earlier in life, he worked on the family farm-an experience that instilled in him a lifelong love for hands-on work and shaped the man he became.
Aldo was a true craftsman. He had a deep passion for restoring vintage Studebakers and spent countless hours in his garage, tools in hand, tinkering. But perhaps nothing brought him more joy than a simple cup of coffee with friends-laughing, sharing jokes and enjoying the pleasures of good company.
He is survived by his wife Cathy; his daughters Deborah Lausier, Pamela Shive, and Laura Hess (David); his grandchildren Julie, Steven, Amy, Nicole, and Lauren; and five cherished great-grandchildren. He also leaves behind his sister, Mary Ann Stankiewicz (John). Aldo was predeceased by his first wife of 40 years, Valedah, and his beloved grandson Jason.
Aldo's gentle nature, generous spirit, and deep love for his family and friends will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Burial will be private. For online condolences, please visit www.tierneyfuneralhome.com.
