In Loving Memory of Alexander Brett Flores-Carrington

November 22, 1994 – September 28, 2025

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Alexander Brett Flores-Carrington, a cherished son, brother, grandson, nephew, and friend. At just 30 years old, Alex left this world peacefully in Monterey, California, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and compassion that will forever echo in the lives of those who knew him.

Born in Fresno, California, Alex was a beacon of kindness and generosity. His spirit uplifted everyone around him, and his warm humor could brighten even the darkest days. He was deeply devoted to his family and treasured the bonds of friendship with unwavering loyalty.

Alex is survived by his loving parents, Erin Flores and Joseph Carrington; and his step-parents, Lisa Carrington and Bryon Hazelton. He leaves behind his brothers, Taylor McCullough and Jacob Avalos; his sister, Karisa Carrington; his grandmothers, Catherine Carrington and Mary Flores; and his uncles, Christopher Aguirre and Darin Flores. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Alfred Aguirre and Robert Flores who greet him and guide him through his heavenly journey.

Alexander was a driven and creative soul who earned both his Associate of Arts and Associate of Science degrees, and was actively pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Fresno State. He had a deep love for the outdoors-whether it was listening to the waves at the beach, camping in the mountains, or fishing in the lakes, rivers, and oceans that brought him peace. His motorcycle night rides were a source of freedom and reflection, and he cherished fishing trips with family and friends. Alexander found joy in drawing and poured his energy into building his brand and business with vision and determination. He treasured time with his grandmothers, valued long phone calls with his friends, and never missed a chance to cheer for his beloved Raiders. Spontaneous trips out of town were among his favorite adventures, reflecting his love for exploration and connection

To those who had the privilege of sharing life's journey with him, Alexander was a gift. His presence brought joy, his words offered comfort, and his heart radiated love. Though he is no longer with us, his memory remains a guiding light-his laughter, encouragement, and compassion will continue to inspire us.

A celebration of Alexander's life will be held in his honor, where family and friends will gather to share stories, offer love, and pay tribute to the remarkable soul he was. Please join us for a Celebration of Life on October 10th, 2025 at 11am at Jays Chapel.
