Survived by Mother, Lucia "Lucy" San Pedro Wingler, Jacksonville, FL and Father, James Michael Wingler.
Grandmother, Bobbie Wingler, Piney Creek, NC. Aunt, Debbie (Clyde) Fulp, East Bend, NC; Uncle, Edward
(Angie) Wingler, Scottville, NC. Cousins: Grayson (Charly) Fulp, Raleigh, NC; Carson Fulp, Charlotte,
NC and Brandon Wingler, Scottville, NC.
Preceded in death by his Grandfather, Charles Wingler, Sr. and Cousin Kendra Wheeler, Scottville, NC.
Matt loved Batman, Superman and The Ninja Turtles; but idolized Stewie from the Family Guy. His favorite
team was DUKE!!
Matt had several hobbies: Spending time with close family friends and co-workers; as well as traveling;bowling; cruising the "TOWN" and taking MUGGS (his dog) on walks and joyriding to the park.
In the past, Matt had worked at Fatty Tuna Sushi Bar; Victoria's Secret and Bank of America. Prior to his death Matt was employed as a Pharmacy Technician and a medication history technician at St. Vincent's Ascension Riverside.
A visitation for Matt will be held Friday, February 3, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Hardage-Giddens Rivermead Funeral Home, 127 Blanding Blvd, Orange Park, FL 32073.
A funeral Mass will be said in Matts' honor on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 11:00 AM at SACRED HEART Catholic Church, 5752 BLANDING BLVD, JACKSONVILLE, FL 32244.
The family respectfully requests in lieu of flowers- Sympathy Cards- to hold and look at in the future.
