Alexis Norbert LeBoeuf, 90, peacefully entered his eternal rest on August 14, 2025, at his home in Comfort, Texas, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born on June 14, 1935, in Creole, Louisiana, Alexis was the cherished son of Eudia and George LeBoeuf. He grew up in Creole and graduated valedictorian from Creole High School. Though he pursued some college education, Alexis quickly realized that his true gifts came not from a degree, but from the abundance of natural talents he carried. A true jack of all trades, he lived a life marked by hard work, resourcefulness, and resilience.

Throughout his lifetime, Alexis held a variety of careers, each reflecting his versatility and determination. Among his most notable roles were his years with Cameron Telecommunication Company and his final career in the oil industry, where he worked in many capacities, including on the offshore rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. In 1992, Alexis made Texas his home. Just a few years later, on January 13, 1996, he married the love of his life, Sharon McCauley, in Helotes, Texas. The two began their married life in San Antonio before settling in Comfort in 1997, where they built a life filled with faith, family, and love.

A devoted Christian, Alexis was an active member of Helotes Independent Baptist Church since 1992. He was always eager to serve, volunteering his time, talents, and heart to help wherever he was needed. He also found joy in the kitchen, where his Louisiana roots came alive in the Cajun dishes he loved to prepare for family and friends.

Alexis's life was profoundly shaped by Hurricane Audrey in 1957, which brought loss and devastation to his family and community. Despite the heartache, Alexis displayed great strength and resilience, helping to rebuild in the aftermath and carrying forward a spirit of perseverance that defined much of his life.

Above all, Alexis will be remembered as a loving father and a devoted husband. He deeply cherished his children and was a steady source of love and support for his wife, Sharon. His kindness, faith, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew him, and his absence will be felt deeply.

Alexis is survived by his wife, Sharon (McCauley) LeBoeuf; his children, Cathy LeBoeuf Nunez (Donny) and James Gregory LeBoeuf (Laura); a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Edith, Beatrice, Olive, and G.H.

Alexis's life was a testament to endurance, faith, and love. His family takes comfort in knowing he has gone home to be with the Lord, where his legacy of strength and devotion will continue to shine.
