It is with great sadness that the family of Alexis Michelle Iacoli Newman announce her passing on October 15, 2024. After a few years of medical issues, Alexis was at home in Findlay, Ohio when she left us. Born in Terre Haute Indiana on February 10, 1985, she is preceded in death by her father Robert Newman, maternal grandparents Bruno & Mary Margaret Nagy Iacoli, paternal grandparents Roy E. Newman and Reta M. McConchie Newman. Survivors include her son Lachlan Alexander Iacoli Duffy of Findlay, OH, mother, Antoinette Newman of Clinton, sister Jamie Iacoli Newman of Portland, OR, brother Travis (Jami) of Clinton, nieces and nephews Halle, Heath, Hadyn, Hogan and Hollis, aunt Roxanne (Mark)) Harris, uncle Paul Iacoli, aunt Debbie Iacoli, cousins Harmony and Kambo, Timothy (Joan), Anthony (Jessica){Sarah, Bruno and Abigail} and Cameron and numerous additional cousins. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, tending to her all of her plants, working on projects at her house and cooking for her friends, family, neighbors and especially with her son, Lachlan who meant everything to her. She had an extensive Converse collection, loved leaving Lachlan funny little notes around the house, and documenting their life together with entertaining posts on Facebook. Visitation: Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at Giovanini Funeral Home. With a few words by Harmony Harris after visiting hours. Special Notes: Memorial contributions can be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation with envelopes available at funeral home. Online condolences can be made at www.giovaninifuneralhome.com
