Alfred C. Bartley

Alfred C. Bartley, age 95, of Croswell, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025 at Blue Water Hospice Home in Marysville. He was born Marc h17, 1930 in Croswell, son of the late Claude and Samantha (Densmore) Bartley. Al married Sally A. Crowell on July 30, 1971 in Sandusky. Al was an electrician in the City of Croswell and for Michigan Sugar for many years. He was a member of Community of Christ Church, the Croswell American Legion Post #255, and the Model Airplane Club. Al is survived by his loving wife, Sally; son, Bob (Patti) of Croswell; sister, Sue Westbrook, and Don and Sally Bartley, of Niles. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy and Fred Bartley, and sisters, Annabelle Grout, and Sally Gielow. Funeral Services will be held 11 AM Wednesday, October 1 at Pomeroy Funeral Home, Croswell. Burial will be in Croswell Cemetery. Military Rites will be by the Croswell American Legion Post #255. Visitation will be from 2-8 PM Tuesday, and 10-11 AM Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Blue Water Hospice Home.
