Alfred Robert Massam, 81, of Winter Haven passed away on July 10, 2024. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts to Alfred S. Massam, MD, and Mary Frances Schroers Massam. He graduated from Emory University, and University of Miami Medical School, he served as a Major in the US Army with an honorable discharge. He practiced orthopedic medicine in Highlands County for over 35 years. He is survived by his son, Alfred Timothy Massam (Monica) of Winter Haven, sister Gail M Judah (Sam) of Lake Placid, grandchildren, Courtney Lynn, and Matthew Timothy, of Winter Haven, and a niece, Anastasia Kawa of California. A private family service was held with Military honors.

Tim and Gail and family. I'm so sorry for you loss. I worked for Dr. Massam years ago in his Avon Park office and have some great memories of him and staff. Dr. Massam was a good boss and excellent doctor. It was very sad when I found out today. Again my prayers go out to all of you. Laura, Bobby & Preston Smith Family.
