I remember Alfredo as one of the bike ride leaders from the time I joined the bike club in the mid-aughts. He was a ride leader I respected and learned from his knowledge. He was the ride leader that took me out on a ride to experience Sandy Hook in New Jersey. Thank you, Alfredo.

Folks, please head over to 5BBC.org and see what we have written there - Alfredo and Gia have asked us to set up a fund so we can honor Alfredo with a fitting memorial, Flowers are nice but they are fleeting - we will be working to create something lasting and meaningful - details will follow. The web site front page is dedicated to Alfredo for the remainder of this month.

There are too many - I first met him when I joined 5bbc as communications coordinator in 2013 and he was totally supportive even when it was hard for him recently emotionally back in June we had to do something difficult and he was always the voice of reason and extremely diligent about doing the right thing. I would do anything until he was on board.... A great human being gone far too soon :(
