Nació el 21 de noviembre de 1964 en la Ciudad de Waukegan, Illinois, hijo de Alfredo Ramírez Sr. + y de la Sra. Catalina Montemayor de Ramírez.
Le acompañan en duelo su apreciable esposa de 38 años de casados, Sra. Claudia Olivia Ramírez; hijos: Alfredo Ramírez, III, Diego (Karen) Ramírez, Omar Ramírez, Itzel Ramírez; madre, Catalina Montemayor viuda de Ramírez; hermanas: Dora Mejía, Leticia Ramírez, Paola Ramírez, al igual que un gran numero de familiares y amigos.
El duelo se recibe el domingo 5 de octubre del 2025 a partir de las 5 de la tarde hasta las 9 de la noche en la Capilla de la Funeraria Hillside, donde se ofrecerá un Rosario por su eterno descanso a las 7 de la tarde.
El cortejo parte de la capilla funeraria a las 9:45 de la mañana del lunes 6 de octubre del 2025, hacia la Parroquia de San Juan Neumann, donde se celebrara una Misa de Cuerpo Presente a las 10 de la mañana.
Se despide en el Cementerio Municipal de la Ciudad de Laredo.
