Aliana Pomper Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by All-States Cremation - Wheat Ridge on Feb. 10, 2026.
Aliana Rose Renee (Pomper) Gleason, lovingly known as "Alie," passed away on January 19, 2026 at the age of 31 in Denver, Colorado, after a battle with a rare cancer, epithelioid sarcoma. Aliana was born in Redding, California, and lived much of her life in New Hampshire and Colorado. She was a free spirit, deeply creative, artistic, and gentle by nature. She loved to draw, to bake and decorate cakes, and to surround herself with beauty. Nature held a special place in her heart, and she found joy in the magic of the outdoors, fairies, and the quiet wonder of the world around her. Above all else, Aliana was a devoted and loving mother. She raised her treasured son Lucas, age 6. She also gave life to her son Everett, age 15 months, whom she lovingly placed for adoption at birth and remained an important and caring presence in his life. Being a mother was her greatest joy and proudest role. She adored her sons beyond measure. Aliana is survived by her husband, Bailey Gleason of Pueblo, CO; her sons, Lucas and Everett; her father and mother, Dean and Barbara Pomper of Ashuelot, NH; her sister, Raven of Hinsdale, NH; her brother, Devin of Asheville, NC; her biological father and mother, Raymond and Kim Woodside of Vancouver, WA; her grandmother, Judy Eden of Eldon, MO; and her sibling, Asher Descoteau. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives who loved her deeply. Aliana was cherished by her family and will be missed more than words can express. A celebration of Aliana's life will be held in the spring, in keeping with her wish for an outdoor gathering in nature. Details will be shared at a later time. Aliana's creativity, tenderness, and free spirit will live on through her children and in the hearts of all who loved her. Wedding photos are courtesy of Sarah Roshan Collective
