ALICE F. BLAUMEISER
On September 26, 2023, Alice F Blaumeiser heard a gentle call. She quietly took the hand God offered her and peacefully left us all.
Alice was born September 12, 1933, in North Canton, Ohio to parents Philip And Alice (Heinrich) Kessler and was one of ten children blessing the Kessler home. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard, with whom she shared 48 wonderful years; brothers, Carl, Clarence, Donald, Robert, and Harry; sister, Sr Alice Kessler; and son in law, Ed Simmons.
She was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Church. Most important in her life was her faith and her love for her family. She was the rock of our family and a constant source of strength and support. Many years of her life were dedicated to helping others as a Registered Nurse. She enjoyed painting, loved her flower garden, and spending time with her dog, Ollie.
Alice will be deeply missed by those who survive; daughters Amie(Michael) Baumgartner, Laurie Simmons, Julie(Patrick) Miller, Susan(Michael) Conley; son Timothy(Valerie) Blaumeiser; grandchildren Stephen(Kendra), Jim(Emily), Chad(Danielle), Kenny, Mary(Levi), Lizzy, Luke, Meredith, Christina, Harry, Alex,
Stephanie, Benjamin, and Samantha; great-grandchildren; Henry, Ivan, Sona, Norah, and Coleman; sisters, Helen Boeshart, Cecelia Gulling, and Jane Gulling; and her special companion, Harold Ziegler, Jr.
Family and friends are welcome for visitation, Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, Lamiell Funeral Home, 1353 Cleveland Ave., NW, Canton. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, October 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM, St Michael the Archangel Church, 3430 St. Michael's Blvd., NW, Canton, Ohio. Father Benson Okpara, Ph.D., will serve as celebrant. Interment will follow at North Lawn Cemetery, Canton.
