Alice Mabel Bossman

Alice Mabel Bossman, a steadfast beacon of love and faith, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025, in Marlette, Michigan. Alice's journey through life was marked by her unwavering commitment to her family, her work, and her community.
Alice shared a love story for the ages with her devoted husband, Bob Bossman, whom she married on February 14, 1953, in Imlay City, MI. Together, they built a life that became a testament to their enduring love and mutual respect. Their legacy is carried on by their loving sons, Robert (Larainne) Bossman and Scott Bossman, and the joy of her life, her grandson, Brad (Donita) Bossman. Alice's sister, Sally (John) Dennis, has lost not just a sister, but a lifelong friend.
Though she now joins her parents, Allen and Rose (Dorsey) Cornell, her siblings, Anna (Jack) Lynch, John (Mary Ellen) Cornell, Madeline (Frank) Tresnak, Rosemarie (Laurie) Tobey and Sharon (Lyle) Young who passed before her, her beloved daughter-in-law, Joan Bossman, and cherished granddaughter, Ingrid, her spirit remains an indisputable presence in the hearts of those who knew her.
Alice's dedication to her faith was absolute. A committed member of the following congregations: Imlay City, MI, Sandusky, MI, Gladiolus- Fort Myers, FL, Tice, FL and Franklin, TN of Jehovah's Witnesses, she devoted her full time to ministry, sharing the Lord's Prayer with unwavering conviction.
Known for her exceptional pie-making skills, Alice found joy in the simple pleasure of feeding the hearts and souls of those around her. Her hospitality knew no bounds; she was always warm and welcoming, always ensuring that no one left her home without a slice of pie and a heart full of happiness.
To know Alice was to know what it truly meant to be family. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, epitomizing the roles of a loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother. Her laughter and presence were the foundation of many family gatherings, and her absence will be felt deeply at every future occasion.
Described by many as loving and faith-filled, Alice's influence extended far beyond her immediate circle. She touched lives through her kindness, her unwavering positivity, and her ability to see the good in everyone and everything.
