Alice Bussiere

PAWTUCKET - Alice Bussiere, 97, formerly of Plymouth, New Hampshire, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Leonard A. Bussiere. Born in Pawtucket, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Laura (Leduc) Beauvais.

Alice was a faithful communicant of Our Lady of Consolation Church, Pawtucket, and resided in Plymouth, New Hampshire for thirty-two years before returning back home to Rhode Island. She worked at Teknor Apex and Hasbro, both of Pawtucket, prior to retiring in 1978. Alice enjoyed motorcycles, playing cards, going on cruises and visiting family in Canada. She was the matriarch of her family and will be dearly missed by those she loved so much.

She is survived by her beloved granddaughter, Tiffany Bussiere of Pawtucket; daughter-in-law, Pamela Bussiere, also of Pawtucket, and many nieces, nephews and dear friends. She was the mother of the late Wilfred R. Bussiere, sister of the late Albert G. Beauvais, and sister-in-law of the late Alice and Liette Beauvais

Her funeral will be held on Thursday, beginning with VISITATION at 8:00 a.m. from WILLIAM W. TRIPP Funeral Home, 1008 Newport Ave., Pawtucket., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Teresa Church, 358 Newport Ave., Pawtucket. Interment will follow at Mount St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care, 1085 N.
