Alice Duh Obituary
Alice Geraldine Duh, 64, fiancée of John Leon Rollins, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025, at her home on Chelsea Drive, Lexington, Kentucky. She was born in Fayette County, Kentucky, on July 30, 1960, to the late Paul Daniel McCarty and Daisy Emma Shelly McCarty. Alice is survived by her fiancé, John; daughters, Christy Marie Duh and Jennifer Lee Duh; brother, Garry Lynn McCarty; sisters, Darlene Stinnett (Dwayne) and Wanda Sue McCarty; and five grandchildren, Zachary Williams, Sophia Sheeley, Kyle Sheeley, Sierra Marie Duh, and Aliyah Nicole Duh. She is preceded in death by siblings, Daniel Wayne McCarty, John Michael McCarty, Mark Steven McCarty, James Carlos McCarty, Paul Edward McCarty, Regina Jane McCarty, and Connie Marie McCarty. Services will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, March 13, at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mose Reynolds Cemetery, where family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation will be held the evening prior, from 5:00 – 8:00 PM, Wednesday, at the funeral home. Betts & West is honored to serve Alice and her family in their time of need.
