Alice Faye Gobble

Alice Faye Gobble, Age 74, went to be with the Lord Saturday November 23, 2024. Born May 27, 1950, the daughter of the late Irvin and Leora Jane Belcher Griffith. Alice loved to watch Soap Operas, WWE, Law and Order, NCIS New Orleans, and she was a Dallas Cowboys fan.

 In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers: Clyde, Freddy, and Willard Griffith; sisters: Amanda Cooper, Lilly Arms, and Ethel Gilbert.

 Alice is survived by her husband Jeffery Gobble; daughter: Jennifer Gobble; sisters: Betty Gilbert, and Myrtle Robinson and husband Carl; brother: Donald Griffith and wife Sandra. Several nieces and nephews also survive. 

 Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm Friday November 29, 2024, in the Combs-Hess Funeral and Cremation Service Chapel with the Rev. Roger Reynolds officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00pm until 2:00pm prior to the funeral service. Burial will follow in Russell Memorial Cemetery. 

 Serving as pallbearers will be Billy Stinson, Andrew Webb, Dakota Webb, Ciara Webb, Josie Webb, and Junior Kegley
