Donald Thomas Osborne

Donald Thomas Osborne, 80, passed away on Monday, February 16, 2026 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Claude Osborne and Ollie Mae Stapleton Osborne; son, Donald “Slick” Osborne, Jr.; brothers, Bob Osborne and Ralph Osborne and nephew, James Lee.

He was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church, worked 40 years at AFG Industries, Greenland, Tn., was a farmer, loved to hunt and tell big tales.

Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Barbara Jo Osborne; daughter-in-law, Nancy Osborne; granddaughter, Samantha Ann Osborne; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Bowery; nieces, Debbie Stanley-Carter and Karen Osborne and friend, David.

Memorial service will be conducted at 4 pm on Saturday, February 21, 2026 in the Bethany United Methodist Church with Pastor Rev. Marsha Rasnake and Rev. Darrell Fletcher officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 pm until the time of the service at the church.
