Alice Grantham

Alice Grantham, age 82, of Griffin, Georgia, passed away on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at Pruitt Health.

Alice was born in Griffin, Georgia, on August 20, 1943, daughter of the late Aaron and Lucy Smith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Neal Grantham; sisters, Annette Fain and Gail Peek; nieces, Rhonda Pace and Dee Zevallos; and nephews, Danny Moore and Tim Moore.

Alice was a devoted wife to Neal for 58 years. They owned and operated Neal's Transmission Service since the mid-1970s. She was a member of Rock Springs Church.

Survivors include her brother, Jimmy Smith; nieces and nephews, Paige Phillips, William Harper, and Mary Ann Harper; great-nieces and great-nephews, Jamie Farrow (Brittney), Brittany Nutt (Joe), Russell Fain (Stacy), Lindsey Rooks, Zach Zevallos, Zane Zavallos, Nikki Webb, Cissy Moore, and Chris Moore; several great-great nieces and great-great nephews; and lifelong friends, Debbie Payne, Susan Matthews, and Joyce Stanfield.

Visitation with the family will be on Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home, followed by a service in the chapel. Reverend Cameron Shiflett will officiate. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery.
