Alice Jeanette Bonnette Jones, 67 years old, of Odessa, Texas, passed away December 20, 2023, in Odessa.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 26, 2023, from 9 AM to 12 PM at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home with Reverend Dr. Jimmy Braswell officiating.
Alice was born in Kermit, Texas on December 24, 1955, to Andrew Guy Bonnette, Sr. and Mary Lou Byrd Bonnette. She went to school in Odessa. She married Jimmy Jones on September 21, 1985, in Las Vegas, NV. She worked at several places but found her calling as a receptionist at Maggie’s Hair Salon for about 27 years before retiring in 2019. She was baptized and inactive member of Central Baptist Church in Odessa, Tx.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Jean Bonnette; her brother, Guy, Jr. Bonnette; mother and father-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Jones.
She is survived by her husband pf 38 years, Jimmy Jones; her son, Mark Harcrow of Dallas, TX; her brother, Robert Bonnette and wife Carol of Lubbock, Tx; nephew, Brandon Bonnette; and great nephew, Bayne Bonnette; stepchildren, Karen Jones and partner Laura Cruz; and stepdaughter, Kristen Jones Pierce and Husband Jamie.
