Alice was born and raised in South Carolina and always called it "home." After graduating from Belton High School, she traveled the world having a special fondness for Spain. She told many stories over the years of her great travel adventures. Alice met the love of her life Don after moving to Panama City where they raised their three children. Alice worked at MWR for the Naval Base on Panama City Beach for 32 years before retiring. Alice and Don became ordained ministers and devoted their lives to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Together they founded Freedom Celebration Family Church in 1993.
Alice had a heart of gold. She never met a stranger and always opened her arms to anyone in need. Alice had a big personality and extremely quick wit. She lit up every room she ever entered and kept everyone entertained with lots of laughter. Alice will be dearly missed but we all know she is now in her real home with her Lord and Savior.
The family would like to send a special thank you to Emerald Coast Hospice and her nurses Taylor and Karla and Brother Michael, as well as Dr. Manzoor for his years of dedication and compassionate care for Alice.
