Alicia M. Anaya, 69, of Bryant, Arkansas passed away February 24, 2022. She was born October 3, 1952, in Fort Smith, Arkansas to the late O’Campo Anaya and Margaret (Cherry) Anaya. Alicia worked in treasury management in the banking industry for over 35 years. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and reading. She loved her family and her grandchildren were the light in her life.
Alicia was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Chris Anaya; sister, Maria Elena Anaya; and son, Tracy Blankenship. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Dustin Blankenship, and his wife Jill; four grandchildren: Eve, Cole, Connor, and Crosby; two sisters: Patsy Norton and Rosemary Williams; and many other friends who loved her dearly.
Visitation will be held 10:00-11:00 AM, Thursday, March 3, with funeral service, officiated by Pastor Keith Dodson, following at 11:00 AM, at Smith-Benton Funeral Home, 322 N. Market Street, Benton, Arkansas. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Heifer International of Little Rock or the American Heart Association.
