Alicia Marie Dotson, 62, passed away on June 28, 2025, in Fort Pierce, Florida.
Born in Waterloo, Iowa, Alicia later made Fort Pierce her home. She graduated from the University of Iowa.
Alicia had a warm and joyful spirit. She found happiness in life’s simple pleasures—cooking and baking for her loved ones, working on puzzles, scrolling through TikTok and Facebook, and most of all, traveling and spending time with her family.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Johnny Dotson of Fort Pierce, FL; her loving children, Alaina (Andy) Rector and Kyle Dotson, both of Fort Pierce, FL; her siblings, Marcia Lindberg, Paula Lindberg, and Mitch Lindberg of Cedar Falls, IA; and her in-laws, Robert Dotson and Nora Dotson.
Services: A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Sunrise Tabernacle Church, 3280 S. 25th Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34981.
