Allan "Al" Lee Judycki, age 70, passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Nixa, Missouri, on October 20, 2023.
Al was an only child born on October 28, 1952, in Lublin, Wisconsin, to Alvina Fay (Cardinal) Judycki and Edwin John Judycki.
Both of his parents preceded Al in death, as well as 5 uncles and 3 aunts.
Al's passions through the years have included photographer, pianist, painter, craftsman, computer programmer, graphic designing, writer, and above all else, being a magnificent gardener. His residence in Nixa, Missouri, is well known for its beautiful gardens. Many people take time to simply stop and observe the beauty that Al shared from his heart to his plants. And Al was always delighted to give tours, if desired!
Al is survived by his wife of 19+ years, Emmale Judycki, Nixa, Missouri; his stepsons and daughter in laws: Curtis Griffith, III and Missy Griffith of Marshfield, Missouri, and Chris Griffith I and Marita Griffith of Springfield, Missouri; his sister-in-law, Cyrillus "Cookie " Wood, and her sons: Eric Wood and Jesse Hanafin of Springfield, Missouri. He also is survived by his step-grandchildren: Zach Kahler, Scott Kahler, Kassi Griffith, Christopher Griffith, II, Joshua Griffith, and Annelise Griffith; plus a few great-grandchildren. He is survived by his Aunt Florence and Uncle Butch Fisher of Wisconsin; paternal cousins: Chris Konieczny of Wisconsin, Wayne Pawula of Illinois, Joann Gerish of Michigan, Corinne Hofer of Arizona, Ted Judycki of Illinois, and Marijane Wegner of Wisconsin; maternal cousins: Lawrence's children: Sharon Strobach, Julia Krammer, Roger Cardinal, Beverly Elliot, Clifford Cardinal, Marvin Cardinal, Debra Blasel, all of Wisconsin; Gilbert's children: Cindy Cardinal and Kathy Cardinal, both of Wisconsin; Elaine's children: Judy Cannon of Florida, Mark Oldham of Texas, Bruce Oldham of Florida, Lester Oldham of Florida, and Ralph Oldham of Florida; Lyle's children: Lisa Cardinal of Missouri, Lyle Cardinal Jr of Wisconsin, Lee Cardinal of Arkansas, and Lynn Newberry of Wisconsin; and Florence's children: John Fischer of Oklahoma.
Al is missed tremendously. His memory will live on through his countless writings and through the hearts of all who knew him.
Another angel got his wings.
