Allan Carl Klein, age 78, of Clarksville, Tn passed away on Sunday, October 27, 2024. He was born on February 7, 1946 in Erie, Pa to the late Carl Klein and Peg Menold.
Allan was a devoted husband and father He was a man of many passions.
Allan's commitment to service extended beyond his 22 year military career. He devoted 17 years to CPD and 15+ years to The Crime Stoppers program, making significant contributions to public safety and community awareness. His efforts were a testament to his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of those around him.
A member of Mason Lodge 89, Allan found camaraderie and purpose in the friendships he built within the organization. His interests and activities outside of work enriched his life, providing him with cherished memories and lifelong connections.
Allan is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia Klein; his daughter, Valerie (Cliff) McFall; grandchildren, Patrick McFall and Riley (Gabe) Cruz; brother, Roger (Bev) Klein.
In addition to his parents; Allan is preceded in death by his son, Douglas Klein, his brother; Edward Klein, and his two sisters, Mary DeFonzo and Carol Eckendorf.

A funeral service will be held at Bethel Cumberland Presbyterian Church on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. with a visitation starting at 9:00 A.M. until the time of service. Burial will follow the service at Resthaven Memorial Gardens in Clarksville, TN.
Final arrangements are entrusted to Gateway Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 335 Franklin St. Clarksville, TN 37040; phone: 931-919-2600. Online condolences may be made by visiting gatewayfh.com.
