Son of Elaine Kohl Luteran and the late Robert N. Luteran.
Brother of Gary Robert Luteran, Natalie Luteran Williams (Walter S.), and the late Jeffrey A. Luteran.
Allan was a Veteran Medic of the US Army, a 1985 graduate of Hampton High School and went on to receive his Bachelor's Degree from Kent State University.
Allan spent his career as a CDL truck driver, proudly following in his father's footsteps. In his spare time, he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with his friends and family. He was also a classic car enthusiast spending many weekends at local car shows with his beloved Oldsmobile 442.
No Visitation. Service and Interment held privately with family.

Oh Allen..... I will miss you like crazy. You were like the older brother I never had. You had the greatest laugh over the CB. I'm so blessed to know that you turned your life over to God. When you reached out to me and asked about Jesus, church, and the Christian walk, I was so proud of you. I'm saddened to lose you here, but God gained another angel. Give Dan a hug for me. Rest easy while I keep truckin'.
