Allan Richard "Frenchie" Phillips of

Frenchie was born in Mobile, AL on November 18, 1960, to the late Mary Abbie and Edsel "Phil" Phillips. He graduated from Milton High School in 1978. A diligent and dedicated hard worker, Frenchie received many certifications including OSHA30, USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors, Wind Load Mitigation, and First Aid/CPR. He held many positions throughout his life from Quality Control Manager to Site Superintendent for residential, commercial, and government contract construction.
As a young man, his family helped foster a love for hunting, fishing, the outdoors, and sports that he kept with him throughout his life. You could always find him in a boat, in a tree stand, or at the baseball field. He had a tight bond with his siblings and loved them dearly. Frenchie soon found a new love: being a father and a grandfather. Nothing made him happier than sharing stories about his grandchildren, Tanner and Karsyn.
