ALLAN H. SIMS
Age 87, of Frankfort, passed away Wednesday, July 16th, 2025 at his home in Frankfort.
Allan is survived by his loving family, wife, Frances Sims (Berschinski), sons, Mark (Barbara) Sims, Jeffrey (Laurie) Sims, sister, Muriel Long, grandchildren, Jeremy Sims, Jacqueline (Jason) Fiske, Erica Sims, Heather (John) Lei, great grandchildren, Brayden Fiske, Parker Fiske, Harper Lei and Oliver Lei.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert & Nora Sims (Hooker), siblings, Warren Sims and Gerald Sims.
Allan was the owner and operator of Chicago Blind Company in Joliet. He enjoyed spending winters at The Villages in Florida; golfing, socializing and relaxing.
Family will receive friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way, Frankfort, IL 60423 on Saturday, July 19th, 2025 from 2:00 PM until the time of funeral service at 5:00 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice in Allan's name would be greatly appreciated.
