Allen was born March 30, 1942 in Saint Paul, MN and attended North High in North Saint Paul. He was a veteran of the United States Army. After he served his tour in the Army he returned home to work for the family business Breheim Heating and Cooling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Theodore E. and Violet Mae Crawford Breheim.
He is survived by his brothers, Cary Brieheim, Barry Breheim, Mike Breheim and Tom Breheim and his sisters; Diane Goetz and Debbie Starr.
Visitation will be held Tuesday November 18, 2025 from 1:00PM until 3:00PM with a memorial service held at 3:00PM at Sandberg Funeral and Cremation Services, 2593 7th Ave. East, North Saint Paul, MN 55109.
