Tobi Theresa Halverson

With immense love and deep sorrow, we share the passing of Tobi Halverson, age 54, of Saint Paul, Minnesota, who left this world on November 4, 2025, at 12:27 p.m.

Tobi was a vibrant, creative, and joyful spirit who brought light into every space she entered. She had a natural gift for drawing and expressing herself-whether sketching, singing with her whole heart, or simply finding fun and laughter in everyday moments. Her warmth, quick wit, and genuine compassion made others feel seen, understood, and deeply loved.

Tobi was the beloved mother of Savannah Halverson (fiancé, Scott Caliguire), who were her pride, joy, and greatest loves. She is also survived by her fiancé, David Jones; her mother, Mary Zeece; and her brother, Justin Halverson (fiancé, Rebecca Fisher). Tobi's memory will continue to live on with many dear friends, extended family, and all whose lives were touched by her bright and loving spirit.

Her passing leaves an immeasurable void, but her spirit lives on in the laughter she inspired, the love she shared, and the joy she taught us to seek in everyday moments. Her strength, her tenderness, and her ability to find beauty in even the smallest things will forever guide those who loved her.

A song that spoke to her heart says:

A Celebration of Tobi's Life will be held Friday November 14 at 2:00pm at VFW Post 1350, 2483 E. 7th Ave, North St. Paul, MN 55109. The family deeply appreciates your support, prayers, and compassion during this time of grief.
