Allen Cooper Obituary
Born: October 11, 1940 | Died: March 7, 2026
Allen Wayne Cooper, age 85, of Maryville went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, March 7, 2026, at his home. He was a veteran of the US Army, a member of the Alcoa 25-year club and loved fishing and hunting.
Allen was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Cooper; children, Ricky Williams and Wayne Cooper; parents, Dave and Oma Cooper; and siblings, Doyle Cooper, Zelda (Horace) Everett, Charles (Janie) Cooper.
He is survived by his children, Michelle (Annette) Alley, Heather "Tooter" (Jason) Ledbetter, Michael "Buddy Roe" Cooper, Anthony Pratt, Cory (Crystal) Russell, and Lowell Russell; grandchildren, Austin Vaulton, Thorn (Haley) Cooper, Chevy Ledbetter, Brandi Cooper, and Matthew Cooper, Rex, Kimber, and Knox Russell; great-grandchildren, Haze Myers; sister, Norma (James) O'Dell; and special friends, Carol Stinnett and Kristy Cook.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
