Allen Lynn Ray, age 66, of Columbiana, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 22, 2026. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Bolton Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM, officiated by Brother David Warren. He will be laid to rest at Pinelawn Gardens.

Allen was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He cherished his family deeply and was steadfast in his love and support for those closest to him. Allen spent over 30 years in the industrial manufacturing and engineering industry. He was an expert in the field and adored by all who knew him. Allen was known for his quiet strength, kindness, and unwavering faith, and he lived his life with integrity and humility.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Horton Ray; and his parents, Eldred Malcom Ray Sr. and Thelma Ray.

He is survived by his daughter, Hannah (Conner) McCabe; son, Hunter Ray; grandchildren, Callaway McCabe and Saylor Ray McCabe; sisters, Diane Ray Armstrong and Kathy (Preston) Rayfield; brother, Malcom (Nita) Ray Jr.; and a host of other family and friends.

I was sad to hear of Allen's passing. We called him "Baby Ray" when he first started at Barron Industries. Allen was an excellent engineer and manager. My condolenses to his family during this difficult time.
