Allison Ann Amend

Allison Ann Amend, 58, of Holts Summit, MO, passed away Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at her home. She was born March 16, 1967 the daughter of Carl William Amend and Sandra Kay (Bosch) Amend. She was united in marriage on November 25, 2005, in Jefferson City, MO to Randy Hamacher, who survives at the home.

Allison was a 1985 graduate of Helias Catholic High School. She retired in May 2025 from the State of Missouri after 30 years of employment. She enjoyed crocheting, craft shows, reading and TV binging.

She is survived by her husband: Randy; her mother-in-law: Marilyn Hamacher of Jefferson City; one brother: Dennis Amend (wife Julie) of Broken Arrow, OK; three sisters: Lori Amend, Julie Schmitz (husband Shaun) both of Jefferson City and Amy Brainard (husband Steve) of North Liberty, IA; three brothers-in-law: Curt Hamacher (wife Karen) of Lake Ozark, Doug Hamacher (wife Amy) of St. Thomas and Kent Hamacher (wife Jessica) of Taos; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents: Carl and Sandra Amend; father-in-law: Jerry Hamacher and one brother: Joseph Victor Amend.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Jefferson City. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at the Immaculate Conception at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Kurwicki, Diocesan Administrator, as celebrant. Burial to follow in at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic School.
