Allison Louise "Allie" Cheatham

Allison Louise Cheatham, known affectionately as Allie to her friends and family, passed away unexpectedly on February 28, 2026, at the age of 31. Born on June 7, 1994, in Towson, Maryland, she was the beloved daughter to John and Kathryn (Follett) Cheatham, a loving sister and sister-in-law to Kristen and Chris Tugwell, and a proud aunt to Skylar and Brooks Tugwell. Allie's warmth and compassion extended to her devoted boyfriend, Aaron Dukes, and she was a treasured granddaughter to Bill and Barb Follett, Harlan and Pat Cheatham, and the late Marguerite Cheatham. Her extended family included her aunt and uncle, Lynn and Darin Husk, and their cousin Shelby, as well as her aunt Liza Bonsall, cousin Robert and her one-eyed pug, Pete.

Allie was a graduate of Liberty High School's Class of 2012. Her commitment to helping others was evident through her career as a Medical Assistant in the oncology field, where she provided comfort and care to those facing challenging health battles.

She had a special place in her heart for her niece and nephew, Skylar and Brooks, whom she adored. Allie's love for her family was mirrored by her love for her pug, Pete. Allie's interests included cooking and nature. She had a particular fondness for owls. Allie's legacy is one of love and kindness. She will be profoundly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Family and friends will gather from 1 to 3 PM on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at Haight Funeral Home & Chapel, 6416 Sykesville Road, Sykesville where a celebration of life service will follow at 3 PM. Interment will be private.
