Joyce Ann Cheatham

Joyce Ann Cheatham, 66, of Taswell, Indiana passed away on Sunday March 1, 2026, in Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, Indiana surrounded by her family.

She was born on May 6, 1959, in Indianapolis, Indiana to Samuel Jr. and Judy Ann (Wright) Conrad.

Joyce was a member of Taswell Christian Church. She married Kenneth Cheatham on July 1, 1977. Joyce worked at Inwood Office Furniture of Jasper, Indiana for 18 yrs until her retirement. She loved to care for and play with her puppy Lucy and spend time with her family. Joyce will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Kenneth Conrad.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth Cheatham, her daughter, Kimberly Cheatham, sister- in-law, Corene Conrad, her nephew, Ray (Whitney) Conrad, her great- nieces and nephews, Samantha Conrad, Brantley Thompson, and her faithful companion, Lucy.

A Memorial Service will be Wednesday March 4, 2026, at 4:00 P.M at Denbo Funeral Home in English, Indiana with Bro. Albert Madden to officiate.

Friends may visit on Wednesday March 4, 2026, from 12:00 P.M until the time of service at 4:00 P.M. Cremation will follow according to her wishes. Her final resting place will be in Taswell Cemetery.
