Joan Stroud Obituary
She was born on August 3, 1947, in English, Indiana to Melvin and Dolly Wiseman.
Joan attended the Marengo Christian Church. She loved doing puzzles and word puzzles. Joan enjoyed gardening and was very good at growing vegetables.
Joan was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Dolly, her sisters, Juanita and Janette.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, David Stroud, a daughter Stacy Lynn (Bryan) Berkenmeyer, and son, Bill (Kelly) Stroud. Grandchildren, Andrew Stroud and Kara Stroud. Joan is also survived by a sister, Jennifer Taylor and a brother, John Wiseman.
A private burial will be on Wednesday, February 18, 2026, in the Fredonia Cemetery in Fredonia, IN
