Born on May 13, 1942 in Des Moines, Lolly was the daughter of Franklin and Roena (Drumm) Davenport. She later married the love of her life, Larry Beem, with whom she shared 66 loving years.
Lolly spent much of her life as a homemaker until her career with Plumb Supply. She was also a proud member of the Eastern Star and a longtime member of Capitol Hill Christian Church.
Lolly is survived by her husband, Larry, her children, Larry Beem, Lara Bunkers (Dan) and Loren Beem (Lisa), many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and sister Carmen Davenport as well as extended family members and friends that will cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Franklin Davenport, Terry Davenport, and sisters Frances Marshall and Trudy Backstrom.
The family will receive family and friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, at Iles Grandview Park Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, also at Iles Grandview Park Chapel. Burial will follow at Carlisle City Cemetery in Carlisle, Iowa. A lunch will be served at approximately 2 pm following internment at the cemetery. Those who prefer not to attend the burial are welcome to stay at the funeral chapel for lunch immediately following the service.
Memorial contributions may be made in Lolly's name to the Charcot-Marie-Tooth Association at CMTA P.O. Box 105, Glenolden PA 19036 or online at cmtausa.org/donate/.
