PIQUA - Alva Russell Clark Jr. "Rusty", 70, of Piqua Ohio, passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Ohio Hospice in Troy. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Suber, Shively & Vernon Funeral Home, Fletcher, Ohio.
