Alvin's colleagues admired him not just for his professionalism, but also for his ability to uplift those around him with his humor and kindness.
Beyond his professional life, Alvin was a passionate photographer, a skilled woodworker, an avid jazz and rock music fan, and an overall handyman who could conquer any challenge he put his mind to. His creativity shone through in every project he undertook, and he found immense joy in capturing the beauty of the world around him through his work. His hobbies were more than just pastimes – they were expressions of his spirit, and he shared them generously with family and friends.
