Mr. Alvin Earl Davis, 63, passed away on Monday, September 29th, 2025. Celebration of Life Service will be held Friday, October 10th, 2025, at 1 pm at Bethel AME Church. Mr. Alvin Earl Davis blessed the world on May 17th, 1962, in Turkey, Texas, born to Clyde Sr. and Addie Louise Davis.

Alvin accepted Christ at a very young age in life. He attended church with his grandmother, “Big Mama,” Mrs. Ada Morris Dailey. His dedication and devotion for Christ couldn’t be ceased. He was very passionate when talking about Christ and helping to lead others to Christ. He always read his Bible every day, no matter what was going on in his life. He loved and trusted the Lord with everything within him. He belonged to God, and he knew that God was a constant source of strength in his life.

Alvin passed away September 29, 2025, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone who knew him. He was very, very kind and generous to others. He would give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. You could always find Alvin lending someone a hand. No one was a stranger to him. His sense of humor was phenomenal, always laughing, joking, and trying to lift up the spirit of someone else. He will truly be missed for his kindness, love for God, and love for others.
