Alvin was the son of the late Alvin Leon and Dixie Howard Fox.
Alvin was a proud coal miner and was a member of the Seventh Sons Motorcycle Club.
Surviving is his loving wife: Barbara Rose Fox; 2 sons: Jason Leon (Amanda) Fox of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Mackenzie Howard (Alyssa) Fox of Jenkins; 3 daughters: Satannah (Jody) Fleming of Kona, Tanaya (Brad) Stidham of Hazard and Jessica (David) Creech of Jenkins; 3 brothers: Harvey Fox of Thornton, Stevie (Sandy) Fox of Thornton and Jimmy (Kaye) Fox of Jenkins; 1 sister: Pina (Chris) Gibson of McRoberts; 7 grandchildren: Christian (Amber) Stidham, McKaye (Nick) Collins, Halley Creech, Dawson Fleming, Hunter Stidham, Elliot Allen Fox and Jasper Alvin Fox along with a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.
Alvin was preceded in death by 2 brothers: Jesse Fox and Tom Fox.
Funeral: 1:00 O'clock P.M. Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel with Jeffrey Hart officiating. Visitation: 6:00 P.M. Saturday at the Letcher Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Green Acres Cemetery at Ermine, Kentucky.
