Survivors include her cousins, Anita Osborne, Melinda Minks, Marilyn Myers, Mary Helen Ballou, and Ed Carlson, Jr.; friends that she considered family, Sylvia Daw Jackson and her husband, Xavier; Lucien Spurlock; Mary Martinez Hollyfield; Dana Weathington and her son, Justin; Mark Domingue and his wife, Karen; Douglas Jackson; David Britt; Melinda Pouncey; and Lisa Clayton; a host of close friends; and beloved cat, Sandy.
Amanda is preceded in death by her mother; grandparents, Lenea and Roland Roberts; aunt, Evelyn Wheelus; uncle, Kyle Wheelus; and sister, Valerie Dobbins.
Cremation arrangements for Ms. McMahon were handled through Broussard's Crematorium under the direction of Broussard's, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
