Amanda Wood Obituary
Amanda Dawn Wood, 50 years old, passed away October 28 ,2025 in Clarksburg, WV. Amanda was born in Kentucky to Henry (Hank) and Cecilia (Skergan) Wood on August 21, 1975. She lived in Morgantown WV with her mother, Cecilia Wood, until her mother’s passing June 1991.
Amanda’s maternal grandparents were Richard and Cecilia Skergan. They lived in Morgantown, WV until their passing.
Amanda is survived by her father, Henry (Hank) Wood and her half sister, Saber. She is also survived by her maternal aunts, Mary Watson of Woodbridge VA, Ruth Ann Stalnaker of Ft. Walton Beach FL and Debbie Dugger of Flagler Beach FL.
Amanda was an artist. She enjoyed drawing, painting and carving. She also enjoyed making necklaces.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
