Amber Lynn Davis

Amber Lynn Davis, 52, resident of Newaygo, passed away on February 9, 2023, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She was born on December 26, 1970, to Thomas and Linda (Cole) Martin in Lansing, Michigan.
Amber loved and appreciated being in nature throughout her entire life. She was at home and at peace, when outside. She was a true outdoorsman and whether she held a rifle or a fishing pole she was sure to out hunt and out fish you. She always scored the biggest bucks. If she could travel somewhere by her Harley Davidson, then her car would remain in park. She loved to ride. Amber worked as a Para Pro in the Newaygo Public Schools for many years. Today the world is a little smaller, and a little less without her in it. Amber will be missed greatly, by many.
Amber is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Ron Davis; her children, Paul Thomas Sanders, April Lynn (Nathen Moore) Davis; grandchildren, Collin Meyers, Hoyt Sanders, Ryder Moore, Lydia Moore; her father, Thomas Martin; siblings, Amy (John) Crawford, Kris Martin, Becky Martin, Brenda (Casey) Dreyer and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Reid; brother, Scott Martin; and stepfather, Larry Reid.
Amber's family invites you to join them in celebrating her life on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Fields-McKinley Funeral Home Newaygo Chapel. Memorial Visitation will be from 10:00AM to 11:00AM with a Memorial Service starting at 11:00AM.
