Amelia "Amy" Pendleton Coffey, 44, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Sunday, January 4, 2026 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana

She was born April 3, 1981, in Campbellsville, Kentucky.

Amy was a member of Kelleyville Community Church and Case Manager for the Ole Homeplace

Survivors include:

Her husband – Phillip Coffey of Columbia

Her parents – William and Denise Pendleton of Campbellsville

Two children and two step-children – Isaac Pendleton, Clara Coffey, Hayley Coffey and Braiden Coffey

One brother – Bro. Matt Pendleton (Tracy) of Columbia

Her grandmother – Clara Ellis Durham of Campbellsville

Her father-in-law and mother-in-law – Timmy and Debbie Coffey of Columbia

Several aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends

She was preceded in death by a brother, William Pendleton, Jr.

Funeral service – Thursday, January 8, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Matt Pendleton and Bro. Ralph Foster officiating

Burial in Pellyton Cemetery

Visitation after 4 PM Wednesday
