Amelia Grace Corriveau was born and passed into eternal life on December 9, 2025, in Charleston, South Carolina.
Amelia is deeply loved and remembered by her parents, Elizabeth Rooney Corriveau and Joshua Corriveau. She is cherished by her siblings, her brother John Corriveau (age 5), and her sisters Kathryn Corriveau (age 3) and Anna Corriveau (age 2). She is also lovingly remembered by her grandparents, Marylou and Gerry Corriveau, and Kathryn and John Rooney. Her godmother is Kathryn Rooney Vera.
Amelia Grace will forever be held in the hearts of her family, who find strength and consolation in their Catholic faith, knowing that she now rests in Heaven in the loving presence of God.
Final services will be held as follows:
Tuesday Dec. 16, 2025, Funeral Mass: 12:00pm ET at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 950 Darrell Creek Trail, Mount Pleasant, SC 29466.
Saturday Dec. 20, 2025, Memorial and Burial: 10:00am at McAlister-Smith Funeral Home, 1520 Rifle Range Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464. Burial will immediately follow at Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens, 1308 Mathis Ferry Road, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464.
In lieu of flowers, donations to a painting of the child as requested by her mother, can be made by Venmo to Kathryn Rooney Vera at @krooneyvera.
