On August 29, 2025, Amelia (Amy) Kowalewski passed away at the amazing age of 101. Amy was the beloved wife of the late Stephen Williams, the father of her daughters, and her second husband, the late Edward Kowalewski. She was the loving and devoted mother of Linda Williams and her wife, MC Delahanty, Deborah Neumann and her husband David.

Amy was preceded in death by her brothers Frank, Roman and Melvin Kadlubowski and her sister Agnes Steinert.

Amy will always be fondly remembered for her kindness, her crazy sense of humor, her joy for life, and her love for family and friends. She enjoyed dancing and traveling, being on the beach in Ocean City, and watching animal programs on TV. Kind and thoughtful, she never missed sending birthday, holiday, and anniversary cards to her vast circle of friends and family members.

Family and friends will honor and celebrate Amy's life at the Evans Life Celebration Home, 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, on Monday, September 8, 2025 from 3-5 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at 10 a.m. in the Oak Crest Village Chapel at 8820 Walther Blvd., Parkville, MD. Prior to the Mass, there will be a visitation next to the sanctuary from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. A gathering of family and friends will be held immediately following Mass in the Garden Room (across from the Sanctuary). In lieu of flowers, contributions to the charitable organization of your choice in Amy's name would be appreciated.
