In Loving Memory of Amelia Ellen (Oplinger) Weber

Amy was born on February 28th, 1958, in Elmhurst, Illinois and passed away on June 21, 2025, in her home of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She is survived by her husband Mark Weber and 2 sons Charlie Oplinger and JA (Megan) Voshell and many grandchildren. Amy lived a life full of warmth, kindness, resiliency, and a passion for taking care of those around her. Throughout her journey of life, Amy touched the lives of so many people.

A devoted Wife, Mother, Cat Mom and probably most importantly to her a Grandmother. Amy was known for her absolute kindness, her welcoming acceptance of everyone and her unwavering faith in God. She had a remarkable ability to make anyone feel welcome with her gentle demeanor while keeping everyone in check with a quiet strength. She was a true force, leaving behind a legacy that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Family, friends, and all whose lives were enriched by Amy are invited to remember and celebrate a life well-lived. The legacy of her love, her laughter, and her generosity will remain in our hearts forever.

A memorial service will be held on a later date to honor the life and memory of Amelia Ellen Weber.
