It is with deep sorrow and gentle remembrance that we announce the passing of Amy Elizabeth Foley, 51, who departed this world on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, in the Hospice of Hamilton Care Center.
Amy was born on May 25, 1974, in Huntington, West Virginia to loving parents Carol (Fahy) and Joseph Foley. Though she faced profound challenges throughout her life, she met each day with quiet courage and unspoken strength that touched everyone who had the honor of knowing her. Her life, though filled with setbacks, was also filled with love, tenderness, and a grace that needed no words to be felt.
Amy taught those around her the true meaning of unconditional love. She reminded us daily that a person's worth is not defined by their abilities, but by the depth of their soul and the love they inspire. Her presence brought people closer, softened hearts, and gave new meaning to patience, compassion, and faith.
Her smile, however rare or fleeting, was a light that warmed the hearts of caregivers, family members, and friends. In her silence, she spoke volumes. In her stillness, she moved others to deeper understanding. Her life, though often quiet, left a lasting echo in the lives of those who loved her.
She is now at peace, free from the physical limitations she bore in this life, embraced by the boundless love of eternity.
Amy is survived by her mother Carol Foley; siblings: Michael (Lisa) Foley, Michelle (Tom) Wiles, and David Foley; nieces Stephanie Wiles, Karlie Wiles, Faye Foley, and McKenzie Foley. She was preceded in death by her father Joe Foley.
Her life was a quiet testimony to the power of love, and she will be deeply missed, always remembered, and forever cherished.
Cremation will take place, and public services will not be observed.
