Amy Lynn Gruber, 47, of Easton, passed away on Thursday, December 8, 2022, in Cooper University Hospital, Camden, NJ.
Born March 11, 1975, in Wilson Borough, PA, she was a daughter of Richard and Linda (Jones) Bartholomew, of Easton.
She and her husband, Steven A. Gruber, celebrated their 28th wedding anniversary on July 31, 2022.
Amy was a 1993 graduate of Easton Area High School.
She was employed by the City of Easton as the animal control officer for the past twelve years. She was also the manager at Banter by Piercing Pagoda, Palmer Park Mall.
Amy loved spending time with her family and her dogs Gracie and Shadow.
In addition to her husband and parents, she is survived by a son, Tyler Bartholomew and his companion Carissa Rumpf, of Easton; a daughter, Hayley Gruber and her fiancé Jacob Quiles, of Easton; a brother, Richard Bartholomew III and his companion Sherri Rinker, of Easton; two grandchildren, Skyelar Rumpf and Ayden Peters; her father-in-law, Howard Gruber, of Stockertown; and an aunt, Deborah Jones, of Bethlehem. She was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Linda (Bower) Gruber.
Services will be held at 6pm Wednesday in the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc., 602 W. Berwick St., Easton. Call Wednesday 4-6pm in the funeral home. Burial will be private. Offer online condolences at www.strunkfh.com.
