Amy M. Shipp

Amy M. Shipp, 43, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Toledo. Amy was born on May 23, 1980, and was the daughter of Larry and Dawn (Shipp) Sanders. Amy was a 1999 graduate from Whitmer High School. Amy was employed as an administrative assistant for Household Centralized Services for over 3 years, but her true passion was caring for others as a home health care worker for the past 12 years. Amy enjoyed cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, binge watching all her favorite shows, and going to up north with her family that she loved so much to Lake Michigan. Amy always saw the best in everyone and touched so many with her kind heart.
She is survived by her loving children, Alexia, Vanessa, Anthony, Jaden, and Cadence; parents, Dawn and Larry Sanders; brother, Matthew (Olivia) Sanders; sisters, Lauren (Mike Jones) Sanders and Ashley Sanders; grandchildren, Aniyah, Avah and Layla and partner, Juan Wingard
Visitation will be from 4-7 pm, Friday, April 5, 2024, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a memorial service will follow at 7:00 pm. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
