Amy was a devoted homemaker who spent her life caring for her family and home. A lifelong resident of Hardee County, she was Pentecostal by faith.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Iva Martin.
Amy is survived by her husband, Duane Thomas of Wauchula, Florida; her father, Joseph Martin of Wauchula, Florida; her son, Dylan Thomas of Zolfo Springs, Florida; daughters Candis Thomas of Wauchula, Florida, and Emily Thomas of Zolfo Springs, Florida; sisters Mary Jo Jerkins and her husband Jack of Bartow, Florida, and Melodie Driggers and her husband Danny of Bartow, Florida; one grandchild, Gavin Mushrush; and her dear friend Tina Grice.
Family and friends may honor Amy's memory by remembering her kindness, dedication to family.
